Job summary

Phenix Label is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure production flow aligns with the schedule and to maintain product quality. The role involves staffing, training, coaching, and performance decisions in coordination with the VP of Manufacturing.

You will monitor production status, drive 5S initiatives, and ensure safety and quality control procedures are followed. Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Must work independently with strong time management, planning, and decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to coach staff.
• English language required.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the primary work centers within the production area, ensuring flow aligns with schedule.
• Enforce safety, 5S, and quality control processes.
• Staffing, training, coaching, and performance management of departmental employees.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to align operations.
• Inspect materials and equipment for defects; monitor worker performance.
