Job summary

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, guiding production team members to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. This hands-on role emphasizes workforce on the floor support, continuous improvement, and accurate shift communications.

You will coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance to resolve issues and ensure staffing aligns with schedules, while fostering a safe, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in high-volume production or industrial settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement preferred.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations and leading production team members to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage workflow, support employees on the floor, and drive continuous improvement within the production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and efficiency goals

• Monitor production performance and address issues that impact output, quality, or efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Qualifications
