Job summary

Morgan Hunter is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, coaching teams, and driving performance with a strong focus on safety and quality. This hands-on role requires collaboration across Maintenance and Engineering to support reliable, efficient plant operations.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, heavy industrial, or a related production environment.
  • Experience leading hourly production employees in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze production performance and drive operational improvements.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and manufacturing or process control systems.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and plant performance.
  • Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and operational documentation.
  • Assist with department planning, budgeting, and capital improvement projects.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments to support overall plant performance.
