Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Management, Engineering or related disciplines is required.
• A B.S. degree or equivalent is preferred. Background may be substituted with five years of casting operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective supervision and coaching to assigned employees to achieve quality and production goals.
• Manage movement of product through the production area and organize work for smooth operations.
• Ensure standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are current and followed for maximum quality.
• Monitor safety programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in Operations and keep thorough production process knowledge.
• Schedule employees to meet production needs and assist in candidate selection when required.
