Job summary

Leggett & Platt Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure safety, and drive TPM and quality initiatives in the bedding division.

You will lead a team, collaborate with Safety/Environmental Director, Master Scheduler, and maintenance, manage non-conformances, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance while promoting a constructive work environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product structures
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Ability to work independently and lead teams

Responsibilities

• Identify and stop non-conformances related to products and processes.
• Prevent non-conformities and ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
• Lead and coordinate with Safety, Maintenance, Quality, and Scheduling teams.
• Ensure department housekeeping, training, and proper documentation.
