Job summary

Leggett & Platt Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for our bedding operations to help ensure safe, efficient daily production.

You will work with Safety, Environmental, Maintenance, Quality, and Master Scheduler to keep the line running and aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing team in a plant environment.
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and safety standards.
• Ability to plan, train, and schedule production activities.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and stop non-conformances related to products, processes, or the quality systems.
• Lead Safety Committee and ensure safe working environment and reporting procedures.
• Oversee production, training, and cross-functional coordination with Master Scheduler.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance and maintain TPM and quality checks.
• Schedule product flow and maintain housekeeping and scrap control.
