Leggett & Platt Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for our bedding operation in Missouri. You will oversee safety, quality, and production, working with Safety/Environmental Director, Master Scheduler, and other departments to meet daily goals.

The role requires 1–2 years of leadership in manufacturing, a Bachelor's Degree is a plus, and the team emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and meeting ISO 9001:2015 standards. Shift: Mon-Thu 2:30pm–11:30pm CST.

Responsibilities

• Identify and stop non-conformances related to products, processes, or quality systems.
• Take action to prevent non-conformities and ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
• Oversee department safety, housekeeping, and TPM activities.
• Schedule and organize product flow to meet department and branch goals.
• Ensure proper training and tool availability for staff.
