Job summary

You will collaborate with Safety/Environmental, Customer Service, HR, Maintenance, Quality, and Master Scheduler to meet daily goals, ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and sustain efficient operations with trained, engaged teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes used by the company.
• Good communication skills and the ability to motivate employees.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department safety and operations to meet goals.
• Coordinate with Safety/Environmental Director and other departments.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance and quality checks.
• Schedule and manage shift operations and training.
• Maintain housekeeping and equipment readiness.
• Monitor overtime and production flow to meet branch goals.
