Job summary

Leggett & Platt is seeking a Department Superintendent to support the Branch One bedding group. You will provide leadership to the Triad Process and collaborate with Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Shipping, HR, Maintenance, Master Scheduler and CI.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising manufacturing teams in a production environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.
