Job summary

Goodwill of Greater Washington is seeking a production supervisor to lead the donation operations, inventory control, and staff in our Waldorf area facility. You will direct a production team, ensure smooth donation processing, and uphold our core values while delivering excellent donor service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors production process for donation functions, inventory and adherence to procedures.
• Performs production staff duties including donor greeting, unloading, receipts, and sorting.
• Enforces store safety and security procedures.
• Assists in dealing with complaints.
• Contributes to interviews and performance evaluations.
