Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: 2 years warehouse production.
• Supervisory experience: 1 year or equivalent.
• Seattle Goodwill Forklift Certification.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign one or more employees.
• Promote productivity by following up with employees on work results.
• Set expectations, instruct, coach and identify training needs.
• Promote safety practices and assist in safety training of employees.
• Coordinate dock efforts with forklift driver, transportation and warehouse managers.
• Prepare reports by collecting, documenting and summarizing information.
• Requisitions warehouse supplies and maintain inventories on hand.
• Oversee baling of salvage textiles and recycling materials.
