Job summary

Great Dane is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct trailer production in the Axle, Start Line, and Sidewall areas. You will ensure the area meets the production schedule and aligns with Engineering drawings.

You will lead safety, quality, and lean initiatives, guide staff, manage timecards, and collaborate with engineering and maintenance to maintain schedules. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Team Leader experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage trailer production activities in assigned area.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met.
• Coordinate staffing and shift readiness; manage rework and scrap with lean practices.
• Interview, train, and evaluate staff; enforce company policies.
• Attend weekly safety meetings and communicate topics to the team.
