Job summary

Great Dane is seeking a Production Supervisor in Jonesboro, AR to direct trailer production activities across designated lines. You will ensure adherence to the production schedule, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement with Lean practices.

This role requires coordinating with engineering and maintenance to resolve build issues while managing staffing and performance of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Team Leader experience preferred or graduate of Team Leader Academy/college.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage trailer production activities to meet schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and ME/Engineering to resolve production issues.
• Oversee staffing, line readiness, and 5S organization in area.
• Maintain timecards and attendance for direct reports.
