WillScot is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an in-house team in a fast-paced, construction-oriented environment where safety is critical. You will coordinate with external vendors to ensure on-time, quality readiness and maintain robust safety practices.

Responsibilities include managing operations, reviewing performance weekly, and ensuring accurate work orders and inventory controls. Prior experience with SAP invoicing and Lean basics is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean fundamentals in manufacturing preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office/Outlook and SAP invoicing.
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to creating a safe, cost-effective work environment and meeting customer expectations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach an in-house team; coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with WillScot safety, transportation, and environmental policies.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and continuous training; perform assessments of the branch.
