Responsabilités

• Lead and coach in-house teams and coordinate with vendors to meet schedule targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and policy standards.
• Oversee work orders, inventory counts, and vendor performance.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and refine operating strategies.
• Drive first-time quality and reduce long-duration service issues.
