Qualifications

• 3+ years of production experience in a related environment, preferably in a lead role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in production settings.
• Proven ability to train staff and optimize labor use.
• Ability to communicate production targets and results clearly.
• Strong collaboration with maintenance and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes.
• Oversee ironing and tumble fold areas to meet output targets and manage staffing needs.
• Model Crown Laundry culture by listening to employees and upholding policies.
• Fill in for other positions to ensure production goals are met and assist with tie-outs.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good working order.
• Chair safety committee meetings and address safety issues promptly.
• Prepare and present production reports and communicate targets and achievements to staff.
• Document formulas and processes and ensure compliance with procedures.
