Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct a work team in the assembly/fabrication of sub-assemblies, ensuring daily production goals, quality, and safety standards are met. The role collaborates with multiple departments to maintain schedules and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include staffing, time management, training, and documentation for quality inspections, as well as maintaining housekeeping and adherence to construction and quality

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• In absence of a 2-year degree, eight to ten years of related experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain productivity levels aligned with plant goals.
• Coordinate daily/weekly production plans with leaders.
• Ensure safety by promoting safe practices and proper equipment.
