Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor daily production activities to ensure productivity, quality, and safety.
• Manage performance through motivation, delegation, development, mentoring and conflict resolution.
• Lead lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Kanban) and collaborate with safety to maintain a safe work environment.
