Job summary

This hands-on leadership role focuses on developing employees, improving processes, and achieving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will command strong communication, solve problems, and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Leadership teams to meet production schedules and customer delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or process optimization preferred.

Responsibilities
