Responsibilities

• Gather feedback from production associates to improve workflow and plant performance.


• Communicate effectively between shifts and complete detailed shift reports.


• Lead daily operating system meetings to support production goals.


• Oversee training, development, and progress of production associates.


• Provide coaching, resolve employee concerns, and support team development.


• Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and morale to achieve strong results.


• Manage departmental performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.


• Ensure compliance with plant safety policies and Occupational Health & Safety standards.


• Promote safety improvements and injury‑prevention initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills
