Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and monitor daily activities of production associates to ensure productivity and quality.
• Manage material handling/warehouse activities and labor planning.
• Lead performance development, coaching, and corrective action as needed.
• Establish line assignments, shifts, overtime and staffing based on line priority.
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and cost objectives.
• Utilize WMS and lean tools (5S/Kaizen/Kanban) to drive continuous improvement.
