Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and monitor daily activities of production staff to assure high productivity and safety.
• Manage material handling area and direct labor.
• Provide performance coaching and resolve conflicts.
• Conduct regular pre-shift meetings and communicate policy changes.
• Prioritize and assign daily work, monitor overtime as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels using the WMS.
• Implement lean methods such as 5S, Kaizen and Kanban.
• Ensure safety training and SOP adherence.
