MicroStar Logistics in Eagle Pass, Texas, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Customer Ready quality team and ensure safe, efficient production across all shifts. You will develop robust manufacturing systems, establish standard operating procedures, and execute risk prevention programs while aligning with company objectives.

The role requires 2–3 years of manufacturing experience and at least two years of supervisory experience; bilingual Spanish/English is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; engineering degree is a plus.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Lean Six Sigma, OSHA CPIM CMS certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategy into team goals and deliverables.
• Schedule personnel and manage production plan.
• Train and supervise new employees.
• Coach crew on safety and quality.
• Directly manage team members to maximize productivity.
• Ensure accuracy of production reporting.
• Support accident/injury investigations and risk controls.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities using lean methods.
• Create and maintain SOPs and Job Safety Analysis for all stations.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, productivity and cost ownership.
• Perform other duties as required.
