Job summary

AtWork Group is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor fluent in English and Spanish to lead production operations and Team Leaders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The supervisor will support safe, efficient, and consistent production while developing team members and maintaining quality standards.

You will coach and develop staff, improve productivity, and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, aligning with lean practices and Kanban systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate production employees.

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor who is fluent in English and Spanish to lead production operations and Team Leaders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supporting safe, efficient, and consistent production while developing team members, maintaining quality standards, improving productivity, and driving continuous improvement throughout the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and support Production Team Leaders and production associates.
• Develop and implement associate training plans and support ongoing employee development.
• Coach, counsel, and address employee performance concerns through effective communication.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
• Maintain a safe workplace and ensure associates follow safety procedures.
• Ensure customer quality requirements and manufacturing standards are consistently met.
• Monitor production, productivity, scrap, rejects, and other key performance measures.
• Identify production issues and develop effective countermeasures.
• Ensure proper abnormality reporting and follow-up actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Maintain standardized work, visual controls, quality check sheets, packaging standards, and operating procedures.
• Ensure products are manufactured and shipped to customers on time.
• Maintain and follow KANBAN systems and production controls.
• Lead and encourage Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
• Promote 5S, standardization, visual management, and other lean manufacturing practices.
• Work closely with other departments and Japanese coordinators to resolve issues and achieve production goals.
• Support company policies, procedures, philosophy, and expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• 3– 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish – required.
• Associate Degree, Bachelor’ s Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate production employees.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with 5S, Kaizen, standardization, visual controls, or other lean manufacturing practices is preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
