Job summary

Atwork is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor fluent in English and Spanish to lead Production Team Leaders and associates in a fast-paced plant. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and consistent production while developing staff, maintaining quality, and driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/production.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate production employees.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with 5S/Kaizen/lean practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support Production Team Leaders and production associates.
• Develop and implement training plans and support ongoing employee development.
• Coach and address performance concerns through effective communication.
• Maintain safe workplace and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Lead Kaizen and lean initiatives and promote 5S and visual management.
• Collaborate with other departments and coordinators to resolve issues and achieve goals.
