Inmar Intelligence is seeking a Supervisor, Production to lead a production department, align priorities with business needs, and ensure safety, quality, and efficient handling of customer returns. The role requires strong leadership and capacity to manage staffing, performance reviews, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a related degree with 2+ years in a lead role, bilingual English/Spanish advantageous, and solid MS Office/operations reporting skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business Admin/Management/Accounting/Finance with 2+ years in a lead/supervisor role in fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills with ability to delegate and prioritize work.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are advantageous in the role.
• Strong working knowledge of computers and operations reporting including MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and security practices.
• Ability to handle hazardous materials and hazardous waste processes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise associates in a production department.
• Shift priorities to adapt to changing business demands.
• Communicate professionally with internal departments, vendors, and clients.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure facility compliance with Federal and State regulations.
• Monitor and prevent losses in the facility.
• Approve all associate time worked and performance reviews.
• Staffing planning and involvement in interviews and selection.
• Administer corrective action with managerial support.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly operations updates.
• Maintain knowledge of SOPs for facility and operations.
• Conduct regular staff meetings.
• Oversee shipping/processing to ensure order accuracy and condition of shipments.
• Ensure exceptional customer service KPIs and quality controls.
• Promote measurable quality improvements; enforce procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Communicate goals and performance feedback to associates.
• Identify issues and provide judgment-based solutions.
• Deliver superior customer service and partner relations.
• Meet production and quality goals; follow safety procedures.
• Work in non-climate controlled environment.
• Operate and troubleshoot department equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
