Job summary

Inmar Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the assigned production department, ensuring associates meet productivity, quality, and safety objectives. You will ensure compliance with center and corporate guidelines for safe handling of customer returns.

You will manage staffing, conduct performance reviews, and provide daily, weekly, and monthly operations updates while upholding SOPs and safe practices in a non-climate controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or Finance with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisor role, preferably in fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills; ability to delegate and prioritize work.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word) and computer skills for operations reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in a production department.
• Shift priorities to adjust to changing business demands.
• Communicate professionally with internal departments, vendors, and clients.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures in the facility.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations.
• Monitor and prevent losses in the facility.
• Approve time worked and conduct performance reviews.
• Plan staffing needs and participate in interviews.
• Provide regular operations updates and statistics.
• Maintain SOP knowledge and oversee shipping/processing activities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service metrics and quality controls.
• Promote continuous improvement and a safe working environment.
