Job summary

Imperative Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and supervise staff in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate inventory, and drive improvements in safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual communication in English and Spanish, and proficiency with warehouse systems. On-site position with opportunities to optimize processes and train a skilled team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 4 years of experience, including 2 years supervising personnel in warehouse operations.
• Forklift certification preferred and ability to operate an order picker.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily warehouse operations and align cross-functional coordination to meet goals.
• Supervise outbound and inbound shipments, ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
• Lead inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliation efforts.
• Develop staff through training, coaching, and performance appraisals.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce company policies across all activities.
• Maintain records and reports on operations and incidents for management.
