Inmar Intelligence seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and safety in a fast-moving warehouse environment. You will manage staffing, training, and equipment operation while coordinating with management on process improvements and performance metrics.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. A valid forklift operator capability is preferred, with attention to quality and safety

Qualificações

• Associate degree or higher with supervisory exposure in logistics, pharma, or warehouse settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to delegate and prioritize work.
• Working knowledge of computers and operations reporting including MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations in a fast-paced production–warehouse environment.
• Compile department productivity statistics on a schedule.
• Train and schedule full-time, part-time, and temporary warehouse staff.
• Operate department equipment such as forklift and pallet jack.
• Monitor inbound inventory and flow of product to processors.
