Job summary

Inmar is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will train staff, monitor productivity, and coordinate inventory flow with managers to meet production goals.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent with supervisory experience, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of warehouse safety. On-site position with opportunities for development within Inmar.

Qualifications

• Proven interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to delegate and prioritize work.
• Working knowledge of computers and programs specific to operations reporting, including MS Office.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and security practices.
• Ability to meet production goals under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in a fast-paced production warehouse environment.
• Train and schedule full-time, part-time, and temporary staff.
• Monitor inbound inventory and the flow of product to processors.
• Coordinate daily departmental activities and staffing to meet production goals.
• Maintain safety, security, and quality standards in the work environment.
• Operate department equipment (forklift, pallet jack) and ensure SOP compliance.
• Report customer issues timely and provide salary recommendations.
• Contribute to employee development through training and coaching.
• Maintain attendance records and adherence to attendance policies.
