Job summary

Imperative Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader to supervise daily warehouse activities, coordinate cross-department efforts, and drive productivity and accuracy. You will oversee outbound and inbound shipments, maintain WMS records, and lead staff training and safety initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual communication (English/Spanish), and experience in budgeting or procurement, with forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 4 years in warehouse with 2+ years supervising personnel.
• Experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily warehouse operations to meet production and shipping goals.
• Supervise outbound and inbound shipments and ensure accuracy in loading, labeling, and documentation.
• Maintain records in the warehouse management system (WMS) and manage inventory controls.
• Supervise staff training, safety protocols, and performance appraisals.
• Coordinate special projects with cross-functional teams and manage budgetary considerations.
