Qualifications

• 3+ years production experience in a related environment, preferably in a lead position.
• Solid leadership acumen.

• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production targets and ensure trained staff.
• Model Crown Laundry culture by listening to employees and upholding policies.
• Fill in and assist with other positions to meet production needs, including tie-out and production roles.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Facilitate monthly safety committee meetings and address safety violations promptly.
• Provide production targets and achievements updates to staff via a Production Board and regular department meetings.
• Ensure production reports are completed daily for supervised employees.
• Maintain product quality by documenting formulas and processes and ensuring they are followed.
• Handle administrative duties, generate reports, and work with office staff for new hire paperwork.
