Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the Production, Soil room, and Washroom departments. You will manage staff, ensure safe, cost-efficient operations, and meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Your role includes coordinating with maintenance, enforcing safety practices, and reporting production metrics. The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced laundry

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production experience in a related environment, preferably in a lead role.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and safety awareness with knowledge of production safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Exhibit sound leadership in concert with Crown Laundry culture; listen to employees and model respectful policies.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to ensure production goals are met.
• Work with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Hold monthly safety committee meetings and react to safety issues by notifying the Plant Manager.
• Communicate production targets and achievements via Production Board and department meetings.
• Ensure production reports are completed daily and accurately for supervised employees.
• Ensure formulas and processes are documented, taught, and followed.
• Generate reports and coordinate with office staff for new hire paperwork and reporting.
