Qualifications

• At least 3 years Production experience in a related production environment, preferably in a lead position.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas as directed to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Exhibit sound leadership in concert with Crown Laundry culture: Listen to all employees, respect the employee's right to speak up; be a role model for company policies.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to ensure that production goals are met. This includes tie-out, production positions, etc.
• Work in constant collaboration with maintenance to maintain equipment.
• Uphold a genuine regard for safety by ensuring that safety committee meetings are held monthly on relevant topics.
• Track and communicate necessary information to employees regarding production targets, achievements, etc.: Communicate visibly via a Production Board; hold periodic department meetings; ensure production reports are completed daily.
• Responsible for product quality: Ensure that formulas and processes are documented, taught and followed.
• Handle administrative duties as needed: Generate reports in a timely manner; work with office staff to ensure new hire paperwork and other reporting is handled efficiently and accurately.
