Job summary

DynaEnergetics seeks a Production Supervisor to lead an assigned shift in Assembly and Machining Operations. You will coach Shift Leads, plan staffing around production schedules, and ensure safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time commitments.

You will manage attendance, timekeeping, training records, and performance documentation, collaborating with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Supply, Logistics, and HR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 2+ years in supervision.
• Advanced knowledge in Machining or Assembly, with scheduling, safety, quality controls, inventory, and reporting.
• ERP/Microsoft Office/HRMS or payroll systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Leads across Assembly and Machining Operations and set priorities.
• Plan shift staffing, attendance, training, and leave coordination with HR.
• Monitor output, labor use, downtime, scrap, and rework; escalate risks.
• Enforce safety, quality, and environmental procedures; partner with Safety and Quality.
• Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Supply, Logistics, and HR to resolve constraints.
• Ensure accurate production, labor, inventory and material transactions in SAP and other systems.
• Lead shift meetings, communicate issues, and improve workflow and training.
