Job summary

Voltage LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities, manage shift staffing, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will translate production plans into actionable work assignments and monitor performance to address delays and issues on the floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership of Area Leads and hourly employees, a strong safety mindset, and experience with ERP/MRP systems, Lean practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Minimum 2 years of production leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience directing hourly manufacturing employees.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and production documentation.
• Ability to interpret production data, identify performance gaps, and implement countermeasures.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities for assigned lines, areas, or shifts.
• Translate the production plan into daily work assignments and staffing.
• Monitor shift performance and adjust labor and workflow to meet targets.
• Address delays, quality issues, safety concerns, and equipment downtime promptly.
• Conduct shift-start meetings and maintain effective on-the-floor leadership.
• Ensure SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards are followed.
