Perdue Farms is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Cromwell, KY. You will lead hourly associates across receiving, production, and shipping, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor.

You will champion continuous improvement, mentor operators, and partner with maintenance and quality teams to meet USDA and company standards. This role emphasizes development and work-life balance within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 2-3 years in manufacturing and 1+ year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules, output goals and quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Optimize labor, raw materials and equipment usage for cost-effective operations.
• Maintain production records and provide updates to management on status and opportunities.
