Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2–3 years in manufacturing and 1+ year in supervision.
• Bachelor’s/Associate degree candidates with manufacturing experience may be preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules, specifications and quality targets.
• Collaborate with maintenance to monitor equipment performance and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Optimize labor, raw materials and equipment usage to maintain cost-effective operations while meeting production standards.
