Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor in New Hampshire to lead daily operations, develop teams, and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing. You will manage production schedules, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO/GMS standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, and proficiency in SAP.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with production planning and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
Understanding of OSHA and workplace safety requirements.
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead Safe Operations and enforce safety culture per OSHA and HSE standards.
Supervise production employees, assign work, coach, and onboard new hires.
Coordinate production to meet demand, schedules, and quality targets.
Support manufacturing system with SAP transactions and recipe management.
Ensure ISO/GMS compliance, documentation, audits, and continuous quality improvement.
Drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
Support site leadership and cross-functional initiatives; back up production leadership.
