Job summary

Klüber Lubrication NA LP in Londonderry, NH is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead safety-focused, high-performing production teams on-site. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and coordinate production to meet schedules, quality, and cost targets.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, process documentation, SAP transactions, and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in manufacturing or engineering.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Understanding of OSHA and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Mechanical aptitude for fast-paced production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safe Operations - Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company HSE standards, OSHA requirements, and site safety programs while supporting audits, inspections, risk assessments, and employee training.
• Supervise and Develop Teams - Provide day-to-day leadership for production employees, assign work, coach and mentor team members, support onboarding, and help build a high-performing, engaged workforce.
• Deliver Production Results - Coordinate production activities to meet customer demand, production schedules, quality expectations, and operational targets while maintaining efficiency and accountability.
• Manage Manufacturing System - Support manufacturing excellence through recipe management (Siemens), process documentation, batch analysis, SAP transactions, and maintenance of standardized work practices.
• Ensure Quality and Compliance - Maintain compliance with ISO/ GMS standards, SOPs, documentation requirements, and audit expectations while supporting investigations, corrective actions, and continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Drive Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost through Lean principles, 5S initiatives, root-cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Support Site Leadership - Serve as a key operational leader by supporting cross-functional initiatives, product transfer projects, maintenance programs, and acting as backup to production leadership when needed
