Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, or related technical field (or equivalent manufacturing experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience in a technical/maintenance/process role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing docs.
• Analytical problem-solving with focus on root causes; strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing processes to support production, quality, and safety goals.
• Set up, validate, and optimize molding, assembly, and secondary manufacturing operations.
• Investigate process issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance to resolve equipment and process challenges.
• Support new product launches, process transfers, equipment installs, and trials.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and parameters.
• Contribute to Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality.
