Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a supervisory or lead role capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Experience with coordinating production schedules and Lean/Six-Sigma concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of production team members to meet schedules.
• Monitor alignment with master production schedule and material planning.
• Lead and develop associates, coaching and performance management.
• Support Lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvements.
