Qualifications

• 3+ years of production experience in a related environment, preferably in a lead role.

• Experience with safety regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead soil room and washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Schedule staffing and manage labor costs.
• Ensure staff training and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Maintain safety by organizing monthly safety committee meetings.
• Communicate production targets and results to staff via Production Board and meetings.
• Prepare production reports and handle admin tasks as needed.
• Fill in for other positions to meet production goals.
• Move employees between stations to meet production requirements.
