Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production floor operations at the Louisville plant. You will ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met while maintaining GMP and food safety standards.

The role involves coaching and developing staff, coordinating with maintenance, HR, and other departments, and leading continuous improvement on shift.

• Coaches and develops team members; participates in hiring and training.
• Ensures compliance with GMP and food safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Directs shift activities to ensure product safety, quality and throughput.
• Maintains positive team relations and effective communication.
• Reviews production schedules and allocates staff to meet targets.
• Coaches team, conducts performance reviews, and coordinates with HR.
• Monitors materials, changeovers, and quality checks.
• Prepares shift reports on production numbers, downtime, and attendance.
• Ensures safety walks and daily safety meetings are conducted.
