Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience managing people in a production environment required.
• Experience in production demand planning and process coordination required.
• Quality control and inventory management experience required.
• Experience in Lean/Six Sigma work environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess a reliable personal vehicle.
• Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a high-performance culture by motivating, coaching, counseling, and developing Associates.
• Works with Operations leadership to develop KPIs and hold Associates accountable to meet and exceed production output goals and deadlines.
• Proactively identifies and resolves roadblocks and bottlenecks to meet production output and deadlines.
• Performs quality control and quality assurance inspections to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to brand standards.
• Ensures accurate recordkeeping and inventory management within Company databases; identifies variances.
• Maintains manufacturing equipment by coordinating preventative maintenance actions and facilitating team discussions.
• Oversees cross-training of Associates to eliminate knowledge gaps and maintain labor flexibility.
• Maintains a safe and secure work environment.
