Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY in Tennessee seeks a Production Supervisor to plan and manage AMA Railing Dept production in a high-volume environment. You will direct technicians and associates, prioritize work, and ensure adherence to work instructions and quality standards.

The role requires leadership, development of teams, safety training, and strong organizational skills to maintain efficient, compliant operations in a demanding warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in electronic manufacturing preferred.
• Experience writing procedures according to applicable regulations.
• Training or experience implementing manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Certificate in manufacturing or process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production activities for AMA Railing Dept in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Direct and coordinate activities of technicians and associates (50+ employees).
• Ensure products meet company standards and work instructions.
