Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY in La Vergne, TN seeks a Production/Operations Supervisor to lead staff, verify training, and assist in daily operations for a clean, compliant plant. You will manage assignments, resolve issues, and provide timely reports to support chassis production and inventory control.

Responsibilities include leading production to meet targets, training personnel, maintaining document control, and driving process excellence while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years supervisory/lead experience in production or repair center environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A+ Certification a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily work assignments to assigned personnel to meet production goals.
• Resolves functional issues (Quality, Processing, Repair, etc.) as they arise.
• Ensure transactions into QMS are properly entered for traceability of material to chassis produced.
• Provide accurate and timely departmental reports.
• Prepares individual performance reviews for personnel assigned.
• Lead production to meet TOS targets for designated work stream.
• Promote a culture of process excellence through exceeding quality metrics.
• Meet daily & weekly goals for production output.
• Control/manage inventory levels within specified range.
• Improve plant audit performance and work environment.
• Provide instruction and training to assigned personnel on proper procedures and regulations.
