Job summary

You will support the manager, onboard and train staff, resolve day-to-day issues, and participate in cross-functional teams while maintaining a positive, professional attitude and strong judgment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6–12 months related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and assign tasks to area workers as directed.
• Follows and ensures employee compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety, quality, efficiency, and financial and customer expectations.
• Assists manager in resolving day-to-day issues and remains flexible.
• Helps onboard new employee and may train employees in various duties and skills.
• Answers questions, troubleshoots issues, and helps resolves concerns.
• Desires and demonstrates capability for increasing supervisory responsibility.
• Communicates respectfully and honestly with others.
• Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision making across the organization.
• Participates in cross-functional project teams as necessary.
