You will follow manager instructions, gather and process materials into finished goods, and conduct quality checks to ensure uniformity. The position requires a High School diploma or GED, 21+ years of age, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, or food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from the manager.
• Gather, arrange, and sort materials.
• Process materials into finished goods.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure uniformity.
• Package finished goods in store-ready packaging.
• Label all items, SRPs, and batches accurately.
• Produce the required quantity within timeframes and specs.
• Maintain production logs, inventories, documentation, and reports.
• Compliant with SOPs and state regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures by wearing PPE and reporting hazards.
• Collaborate as a positive, productive team member.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
