GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations with emphasis on safety, 5S discipline, and KPI performance. You will coach associates, monitor metrics, improve standard work, and ensure safe and efficient inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.

The role requires supervision of daily activities, organizing 5S practices, and driving continuous improvement through KPI trends.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration or planning preferred.
3 years of prior Warehouse / Production Environment Experience.
Experience with Forklift / Order Picker operation.
Experience with Warehouse Management System / Barcode Technology. NetSuite experience a plus.
Demonstrated history of success in leadership roles with direct people supervision.

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations with focus on safety, 5S discipline, people supervision, and KPI performance.
Coaches associates, monitors KPIs, and ensures safe, accurate, and efficient execution across inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
Conduct cycle counts to maintain reliable reporting data; lead picking, packing, and shipping objectives.
Manage and report on warehouse productivity, safety performance, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and labor efficiency.
Track receipt, storage, and delivery of goods and materials; lead daily safety execution and promote safe work practices.
Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems; identify improvement opportunities using KPI trends.
